TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals for computer system administrator and maintenance services will be received by the Chief Executive Officer, or designated representative, for the Jersey City Parking Authority, City of Jersey City, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey.

Proposal Packages shall be delivered to the Offices of the City of Jersey City Parking Authority no later than Tuesday,  June 17, 2008, 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, at Jersey City Parking Authority, 392-394 Central Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305.  Qualification packages sent by facsimile or email will not be accepted.  The Jersey City Parking Authority shall not be responsible for the loss, non-delivery, for proposals sent by U.S. Mail or Courier Service.  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope.

Proposal submission packages may be obtained at the Offices of the Jersey City Parking Authority, 392-394 Central Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, (201) 653-6969, during regular business hours, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32- 44 (Business Registration of Public Contractors), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts).

Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) and shall include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.

The Board of Commissioners of the Parking Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Authority. The Board of Commissioners of the Parking Authority shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of the same.

Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with the pay-to-play law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
